As a retired combat veteran, I am passionate about working with our military, government, and first responders and have experience working with active duty and reservists struggling with substance use disorder and other challenges such as trauma and injury, and work diligently to destroy the stigma and barriers to improving mental health. I believe in empowerment and provide trauma informed care that is goal directed and collaborative.
Change is where growth is. I hold your story and help you discover new tools to try out and put in your own toolbox as you journey through this “one wild and precious life” ( Mary Oliver) I am here to walk with you.
